By downloading, installing, or using RizzUp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

RizzUp is an AI-powered dating assistant application that provides:

  • Conversation suggestions and pickup lines
  • Screenshot analysis for dating conversations
  • AI-powered chat assistance
  • Language support for multiple regions

The App is designed to help users improve their communication in dating contexts through AI-generated suggestions.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use RizzUp. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Account and Responsibilities

4.1 Account Creation

While RizzUp does not require traditional account creation, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your device
  • All activities that occur through your use of the App
  • Ensuring that your use complies with all applicable laws

4.2 Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App for harassment, abuse, or harmful purposes
  • Upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the App
  • Use the App to violate any person's privacy or rights
  • Share content that promotes hate speech or discrimination
  • Use generated content to deceive or mislead others

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Subscription Options

RizzUp offers subscription plans with varying features and durations. Current offerings include:

  • Weekly subscriptions
  • Monthly subscriptions
  • Annual subscriptions

5.2 Payment Terms

  • Payment will be charged to your App Store account upon confirmation
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your App Store account settings

5.3 Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or platform policies.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

6.1 User Content

By uploading screenshots or other content to RizzUp:

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content solely to provide our services
  • You confirm you have the right to share such content
  • You understand that content may be used to improve our AI models (in anonymized form)

6.2 App Content

All RizzUp content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or that of our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.3 AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI:

  • Is provided for entertainment and assistance purposes only
  • Should not be relied upon as professional advice
  • May not always be accurate or appropriate
  • Should be reviewed and modified before use

7. Privacy

Your use of RizzUp is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 No Guarantee of Results

RizzUp provides suggestions and assistance but does not guarantee:

  • Success in dating or relationships
  • Accuracy of AI-generated content
  • Appropriateness of suggestions for all situations

8.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted access to the App
  • Error-free operation
  • Availability of all features at all times

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIZZUP AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RizzUp, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the App
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any rights of another party

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of RizzUp shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
